Harlow

Harlow stands at 447 Church Street in the heart of Richmond, offering a spirited, multi-level venue experience that has quickly become a favourite for locals and event hosts alike. With three distinct levels, a sprawling beer garden and a show-stopping rooftop, Harlow brings together great food, flowing drinks and an infectious good-times atmosphere. The ground-level Beer Garden is prime real estate for any event. Adorned with colourful murals and bathed in a laidback atmosphere, it offers a mix of seated and standing areas perfect for alfresco cocktail events and casual celebrations. Available in sections or as an exclusive hire for up to 160 guests, it provides a vibrant, open-air backdrop unlike any other in Richmond. Level One is Harlow's dedicated private function space — bright and spacious by day, moody and fun by night. With its own private bar, private bathrooms and full AV facilities, it overlooks Church Street with views toward the CBD. Accommodating up to 140 guests cocktail-style or 60 seated, this heritage-detailed room is ideally suited to birthdays, social celebrations and corporate occasions. The Rooftop is the ultimate perch — city views for days, signature cocktails, and an atmosphere that carries guests from golden-hour drinks through to late-night revelry. Available in sections for more intimate gatherings or as an exclusive hire for up to 200 guests, the rooftop is a destination in its own right. For those seeking something edgier, the Basement offers a grunge-inspired space adorned in graffiti, with its own bar and low booth seating — perfect for after-party vibes and intimate late-night events. The entire venue can also be booked exclusively for up to 700 guests, providing endless possibilities across every level. With its Richmond location, diverse spaces ranging from sun-drenched to underground, and a team that knows how to throw a party, Harlow is a venue built for memorable occasions.
