HOW MATT CRACKNELL REDEFINED THE EVENT DELIVERY MODEL
Matt Cracknell founded MC Event Group to solve a persistent industry problem: clients were constantly forced to coordinate venues, AV suppliers, and production directors as three separate, competing vendors. This disjointed approach led to misaligned run-sheets, finger-pointing, and bloated commercial margins.
By integrating these disciplines under a single point-of-contact, MCEG provides clients with a seamless delivery experience. Furthermore, because we are strictly independent and not locked to any single venue or chain, our recommendations are driven solely by guest fit, aesthetic format, and technical capability — completely free from commission bias.
